Decision on the establishment of international cooperation, approved by the Council of the Municipality of Tetova at the 29th session held on 27.02.2020, published in the “Official Bulletin of the Municipality of Tetova” no. 35/2020, international cooperation is established between the Municipality of Tetova and: the Municipality of Peja - Republic of Kosovo, the Municipality of Durrës - Republic of Albania, the Municipality of Ulcinj - Republic of Montenegro, the Municipality of Bujanovac - Republic of Serbia and the Municipality of Zadar - Republic of Croatia.

Decision on the establishment of international cooperation and twinning, no. 08-6188/3, approved by the Council of the Municipality of Tetova, at the 14th session, held on 28.04.2023, published in the “Official Bulletin of the Municipality of Tetova” no. 9/2023, international cooperation and twinning is established between the Municipality of Tetova and the Municipality of Bahcelievler- Istanbul, Republic of Turkey.
